Navigating College Life: Tips for Coping with Stress

I've discovered a wonderful way to cope with stress - by keeping a reflection journal or a walk through faith journal. As you can see in the illustration below, it's been an incredibly helpful tool for me.

The instructions are quite straightforward! Simply reflect on the Bible verse that resonates with or encourages you. If you're new to walking in faith, journaling, or Bible study, don't worry. Below, I've provided ten Bible verses for you to choose from.

Note: This is how I cope with my stress, but it may not work for everyone. My story and values involve reconnecting with God.

YouVersion App~ I love how this app enhances my daily devotional with its Bible verse generator and resonating illustrations.

Oh, how wonderful it is to share with you my daily routine of using the YouVersion and NIV App! These amazing tools guide me through my day and bring messages from the heavens above that are tailored just for me. If you ever experience this phenomenon, simply use the word that resonates with you, as it's likely that the heavens above are communicating with you too! This word becomes a bridge that reconnects us to God, not just through gaining knowledge from the word, but by truly living it out in our daily lives. The Holy Bible is full of wisdom and provides a blueprint for us to live according to God's will and purpose. It's a true blessing to have access to such divine guidance, don't you think?

NIV App~ I love how this app provides a daily Bible verse. I also own two physical NIV Bibles.
